RETURNS

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our Website with or without reason, under the EU distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept unworn returns for replacement or refund within 7 days, less the cost of delivery.

 

A Minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required.  Notification via email, fax or by telephone will be accepted. We reserve the right to levy a £10 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

 

Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging.

 

Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package.  Royal Mail charge for issuing a certificate. If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost in transit we reserve the right not to issue a refund. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar.  Please ensure you take out enough postal insurance to cover risk of loss of your item.

 

If any items are received damaged, replacement or part replacement will only be considered by the company within 7 days of despatch.  

 

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and a refund will not be given.   If the item is found not to be faulty we will treat the return as a cancellation as outlined above.

 

We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items or sizing issues (therefore, please contact us regarding sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure). 

 

Refunds will not be given on special order items.

 

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please report it to us within 7 working days.

How do I return an item?

 

'Changed your mind?' Returning UK orders is  easy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery or collection.

Simply  email us at sales@cometsports.co.uk for a return reference number and a return label.
